We have jobs in London, at top beach and ski resorts in France, in Majorca and soon, Ibiza. If you are an EU passport holder you can move freely between those countries, working for a season or for a brief change of scene to learn a new language or skills. For UK passport holders, things are trickier since Brexit, but we are able to obtain working visas for people to work in France for set periods. Our aim is that you can have a whole career, moving up the company, and throughout our beautiful locations.



Our salaries are standard within the industry. We pay the same as others or a little more. We try to make our perks and benefits much better though. Truth is that you are unlikely to become a millionaire working in Hospitality or Tourism - we do it for the team spirit, hours that fit into our home life, the opportunities to travel, to meet interesting (most of the time) people, and because we don't really like sitting at desks or being part of the rat-race.

As our Waitress, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable dining experiences. Here's what a typical day looks like:



Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly. Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations. Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high presentation standards. Manage multiple tables, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments. Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain a clean dining area. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Your challenges will include managing busy shifts, handling difficult guests, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. But with these come opportunities to grow, learn, and excel. Your mission is to:

# PROFILE



We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waitress to join our bustling team. The ideal candidate will have:



Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and, ideally, one or more additional languages. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu upselling techniques. Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired assets include:

Previous experience with specific restaurant software or systems. Familiarity with upscale dining or specific cuisines. Wine, spirits, or coffee certification. * Basic food preparation or culinary skills.
