As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not essential. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
