We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of food items Assist with basic food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods with excellent time management skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and order processing Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours Experience in guest services or culinary roles is desirable but not mandatory A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
