Role: Waiter / Waitress Location: Ikaro - Manchester Pay: \xc2\xa311 - \xc2\xa312 per hour (Based on Experience) We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced waiting staff to join our team. If you have a strong background in hospitality, a keen understanding of food and beverage, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you Responsibilities:

• Take and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, and beverages.
• Ensure a positive dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar waiting staff role.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
