Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation and culinary practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences is crucial. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices will be beneficial.
