Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
