Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience in culinary or kitchen roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
