Summary

As a Bar Staff/Waiter member at Gamba, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Located in Glasgow, this position involves serving customers with enthusiasm and ensuring they have an exceptional experience while dining with us.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages and snacks to customers in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and equipment. Assist customers with food and drink selections and provide recommendations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. A passion for fine dining.
