to join our front-of-house team as

Waitstaff and Bartenders

.

Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. Present and explain menu items, providing informed recommendations on Vietnamese cuisine and beverages. Accurately take food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service. Set up and monitor tables to respond to guest needs in a proactive and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Vietnamese specialty cocktails. Manage transactions and operate POS systems accurately.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers. Strong customer service and multitasking skills. Availability during peak hours - offer a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

What to expect:

Trial Period

on a 10/hr rate before gradually moving up to full wage (Age dependent) Performance review will be conducted after the 4th week.

Weekly Rota submission

- hand in availabilities every Wednesday.
