Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction Prepare and serve food items as required, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Assist with basic food preparation when necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Provide excellent guest services by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs promptly

Skills

experience in hospitality or restaurant environments pref but not essential as full training will be provided

Ability to perform basic maths accurately for transactions Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial but not essential Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a busy environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
