Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at The Red Hart. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders

Skills:

Proficient in time management to handle busy periods effectively Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Bartending skills, including mixing drinks and cocktail preparation Strong hospitality skills to provide a welcoming environment for customers Willingness to help colleagues during busy shifts or when needed
