Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and soft beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential. Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, particularly in food preparation roles. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly disposition with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
