Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waitress/ Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, serving beverages and food, and ensuring the bar and restaurant area is well-maintained. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are presented attractively and safely. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is an advantage but not essential. A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing guest experiences is preferred.
