Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Take customer orders in a high pace environment.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly attitude. Social media knowledge is also advantageous, training will be provided in-house Skills in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
