Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Skills
Proficient in basic maths for handling cash and calculating drink prices. Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.

Pay: 12.30-13.08 per hour
