Job Summary

As a member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that all drinks and food are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation as required, ensuring that all culinary tasks are completed efficiently. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Persian language is an advantage but not mandatory.
