We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent guest services, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Upsell menu items and specials to maximise sales opportunities. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to upsell products effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience. Culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential. A passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
