Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of culinary practices.

Skills

Proven hospitality skills with a passion for guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in a serving role. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
