Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system Upsell drinks and promotions to maximise sales opportunities Assist with basic food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are important Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately Experience in food preparation or culinary activities is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required A friendly demeanour with a professional approach to customer interactions

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour
