We are seeking enthusiastic and Waiter/ Waitress dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and contribute to sales growth. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and guests. Manage time effectively during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
