Responsibilities

Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Check identification to verify legal drinking age Handle cash and card transactions accurately Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Provide excellent guest services, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar service is essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with upselling and guest services is desirable Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
