Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable. You will assist with various tasks related to food and beverage service, catering, and hospitality, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food & drink items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest inquiries.
Support bartending staff by preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness at the bar area.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient service during busy periods.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
Ensure all areas are set up & cleaned down inline with the opening & closing procedure sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
