We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also contributing to the overall guest experience through your knowledge of food and beverages.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities. Assist in food preparation and serving as required, ensuring high standards of quality. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest services skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A passion for culinary experiences and willingness to learn about new beverages and menu items.
