Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell food and drink items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in serving or bar work, along with culinary or kitchen experience, is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
