Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated watress / Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, preparing food, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 42 per week
