Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated waitress to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the bar.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A passion for guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
