We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff (only UK National/ Resident) to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and ensure quality control. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent guest services and enhance their experience. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience would be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
