We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waitress /Bar Staff to join our small and reputed family run restaurant and to be part of the family .As a key member of our family run restaurant .

you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass not only serving but also ensuring that our restaurant remains welcoming and well-organised. Duties

Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and soft beverages, with precision and flair. Maintain cleanliness and organisation the restaurant , ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. Experience in guest services within a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic work environment. A passion for hospitality and a friendly demeanour that enhances guest interactions. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
