Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented beautifully. Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong culinary skills with a keen interest in food preparation and presentation. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. A proactive attitude towards upselling products to enhance customer experience.

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour
