We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, serving drinks, and ensuring exceptional guest services. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide assistance in food preparation will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with kitchen operations is an advantage. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
