Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards Engage with guests, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff A keen interest in mixology and beverage trends is desirable
