As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding guest services, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment. A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage positively with guests.
