We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of guest services, ensuring that every patron has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Experience in serving or kitchen roles is advantageous A passion for upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction
