Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Assist with food preparation or serving when required, supporting overall restaurant operations Upsell drinks and menu items to maximise sales opportunities Manage stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and report any shortages or issues promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Good communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest services Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Experience in food preparation or culinary activities is advantageous but not essential Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
