Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately.
