We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waitress & Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and delivering outstanding service to our patrons. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are utilised for processing payments.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is highly desirable. A background in hospitality or guest services is beneficial for fostering positive interactions with customers. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary experience will be advantageous in maintaining quality standards. Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Experience in serving and preparing food will enhance your ability to support the kitchen team when required. Pay: 12.44-12.50 per hour
