We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender, Waitress or Waiter to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable experience in a lively atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies. Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in food preparation when necessary, working collaboratively with kitchen staff. Demonstrate basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
