Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/ Waiter to join our team.

Someone with the experience of doing a little bit of both.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages, and serving them.

We are looking for someone with some experience as a bartender, waitress or waiter. Preferably local in the area of Canada Water, so it's easy to commute. And preferably to know the Italian cuisine

The job is part-time or full time, depending on the week and the candidate needs to be available on weekends.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences and established recipes, and offering costumer table service .
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender/Barista in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, and costumer service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate preparation of beverages and presentation
- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
