- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the guest areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their needs promptly.
- Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for billing purposes.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Experience

- Previous experience in a serving role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven upselling techniques that contribute to increased sales within the bar or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with guest services principles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
