As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have everything they need for a pleasant meal. Your hospitality skills will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while also contributing to the overall efficiency of the event

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Manage multiple tables simultaneously while providing attentive service to each guest. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with resetting tables Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary basics is advantageous. A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to create a seamless dining experience.
