We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and building rapport with customers.
