Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing hospitality that keeps our customers coming back. PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF NOT AVAILABLE EVERY WEEK-END.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
