Overview

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, maintaining food safety standards, and effectively managing time during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary skills when required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing purposes. Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations. Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is advantageous. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
