Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, where professionalism and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times during food preparation and serving Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions and resolving any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation during busy periods Manage multiple tables effectively through good time management skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately Culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential A genuine passion for guest services and creating positive dining experiences

Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour
