Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation , ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food and drink offerings. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Pay: 12.21-14.07 per hour
