We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/ Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, guest relations, and upselling within a vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene Provide excellent guest service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of tables before and after service Follow food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in line with health regulations Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Good organisational skills with attention to detail Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately A positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
