Experienced Waitress/Kitchen Assistant

Part time waitress /kitchen assistant required 14 hours plus over 3 days

Must be able to cover holidays and absences at short notice

Would suit a more MATURE person

Duties

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Help with serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner Uphold high standards of guest service by addressing customer needs promptly Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills for working collaboratively within a team and engaging with guests Basic maths skills for handling orders and transactions accurately A proactive attitude with a keen interest in culinary arts and guest service excellence Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
