Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team to work saturdays And Sundays, and 1 or 2 days during the week. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with excellent guest services skills, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. A passion for the culinary arts and hospitality industry will be highly regarded.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
