At BRGR Bridgend we're all about big flavours, local vibes, and great energy. As a fast-paced, independent restaurant, we've built a reputation for our stacked burgers, loaded fries, and friendly down-to-earth service.

We're now looking for an experienced Waitress / Supervisor to join our front-of-house team -- someone confident leading shifts, serving guests with a smile, and keeping service running smoothly from start 'til finish.

What You'll Do

? Welcome and serve customers with warmth, professionalism, and personality

? Lead the front-of-house team during busy shifts

? Handle cashing-up, till management, and closing procedures

? Support training and motivate new team members

? Communicate with kitchen staff and head chef to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house

? Work closely with managers to ensure communication stays clear and team works together efficiently

? Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 1 year of supervisor or senior waitress experience in hospitality

? Be available to work evenings and weekends

? Confident leading a restaurant in a fast-paced setting

? Strong customer-service focus and great communication skills

? Reliable, organised, and hands-on attitude

? Comfortable managing both dine-in and takeaway service

? Pay rate based on pervious supervisory qualifications

? Must have the right to work in the UK
