We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes. Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required (2years) Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike are essential traits for success in this role.
